Job summary

Symetria Recovery in Illinois is seeking a Program Director to lead a busy outpatient clinic with autonomy and direct supervision by the Chief Operating Officer.

You will recruit staff, monitor performance, conduct evaluations, ensure compliance, and align care with MAT and other evidence-based practices.

This role requires a Master’s degree, IL licensure (LCPC or LCSW), and strong leadership to foster a collaborative, patient-centered team. Experience in behavioral health and MAT is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Current IL licensure (LCPC or LCSW) required for Illinois positions.
• Prior supervisory or management experience required.
• Ability to travel between sites with a valid driver's license.
• Experience in SUD treatment and MAT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for clinic staff performance.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard clinic staff.
• Monitor performance and conduct annual evaluations.
• Address employee concerns and enforce company policies.
• Ensure KPI targets: patient satisfaction, quality of care, compliance.
• Supervise staff and foster a high-performing, collaborative environment.
• Ensure evidence-based, patient-centered care and HIPAA compliance.
• Attend trainings and stay updated on MAT and behavioral health trends.
