Job summary

Argus Community, Inc. is seeking a Program Director for its Create Residential program in New York, NY.

The role oversees the program's success, regulatory audits, utilization, retention and client outcomes, ensuring compliance with OASAS residential regulations and risk management across the facility. Responsibilities include supervising staff, supporting counselors in treatment plan development, ensuring accurate monthly OASAS reporting, and collaborating with executives on budgets and service

Qualifications

Must have a NYS LCSW or LMSW or LMHC.
Must have working knowledge of OASAS 820 regulations.
Experience with 820 billing.
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
Ability to function as a team player in a drug-free environment.

Responsibilities

Provide supervision to staff ensuring compliance with OASAS regulations and services.
Oversee management team in assisting counselors with initial treatment plans and ongoing review.
Ensure STARS compliance (treatment status, urine results, site attestation).
Maintain accurate OASAS reporting on a monthly basis.
Create systems to improve consumer outcomes and provide crisis intervention when needed.
Work with executives to ensure regulatory compliance and timely documentation.
