Job summary

NFI Massachusetts Inc. is seeking a seasoned Program Director to oversee the Milestone program in Wilmington, MA. The role leads a management team within a trauma-informed, family-focused environment and ensures alignment with the agency’s mission, vision, and values.

Responsibilities include budget oversight, policy development, staff supervision, and collaboration with families, funding, and licensing bodies to promote successful post-program outcomes for youth.

Qualifications

• Five years of supervisory/management experience in an adolescent residential program and/or campus.
• Experience working with youth population is required.
• On-call support and unannounced after-hours visits are required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervision and professional development of the management team.
• Oversight and management of program budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
• Participation in agency internal investigations as needed.
• Development of and adherence to program and agency policy.
• Therapeutic milieu oversight
• Communication with families, funding and licensing representatives
• Ensure the program is aligned with agency mission, vision, and values.
