Responsibilities include guiding the management team, budget oversight, and coordination with families, funding, and licensing bodies. Requires 5+ years supervisory experience in youth programs and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Five years of supervisory/managerial experience in adolescent residential programs or campuses.
• Experience working with youth population is required.
• On-call support and unannounced after-hours visits are required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervision and professional development of the management team.
• Oversee program budget and ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Participate in agency internal investigations as needed.
• Develop and ensure adherence to program and agency policy.
• Communicate with families, funding and licensing representatives.
• Ensure the program aligns with agency mission, vision and values.
