This full-time role oversees staff, youth, and daily operations to provide a safe, therapeutic environment grounded in trauma-informed care. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of residential youth experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in human services preferred.
• At least one year of experience working in a residential setting with youth.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and evaluate Residential Counselors.
• Oversee daily routines and program activities.
• Maintain a safe, supportive environment for youth and staff.
• Handle administrative tasks, documentation, and program procedures.
• Collaborate with program leadership to uphold agency policies and standards of care.
• Serve as a positive role model for staff and youth, promoting growth, accountability, and teamwork.
