NAFI Connecticut is seeking a Program Director to provide visionary leadership, ensure quality assurance, and guide the program’s impact on youth and families. You will oversee daily operations, staffing, and budgeting while aligning with the agency’s mission and funding priorities.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of managerial experience, a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), and a commitment to collaborative, trauma-informed care for adolescents in residential settings.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Master’s preferred.
• At least 5 years of managerial/leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide visionary leadership and quality assurance for the program.
• Oversee daily operations and program budget with fiscal responsibility.
• Develop and align programming with agency mission, vision, and funding constraints.
• Communicate with families, funding sources, and licensing representatives.
