Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years' experience in the field of intellectual/developmental disabilities, 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Quality assurance and employee training experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older with valid driver's license and insurable driving record with 3 years
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative oversight and support to programs to ensure high quality of life for clients and independence.
• Liaise between Danville and clients' families, guardians, support coordinators, and medical professionals.
• Maintain an on-call position for staff and house managers to ensure timely support and response.
