Job summary

Danville Services in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a QIDP/Program Director to provide administrative leadership and ensure high-quality, person-centered services. This exempt role reports to support program alignment with regulatory requirements and Danville’s mission.

The position requires an unencumbered RN license or a bachelor's degree in human services with at least 1 year of experience in IDD, plus CPR/First Aid and related trainings. In-person, full-time with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered RN license, or bachelor's degree in human services qualifying as QIDP.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with people with IDD; supervisory/QA/training experience preferred.
• CPR, First Aid, state-required behavior support training, and medication administration training (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative leadership to ensure programs align with Danville’s mission and values.
• Ensure services are high-quality, person-centered, and compliant with all applicable regulations.
• Promote self-determination and empower individuals to advocate for themselves.
• Respond to emergency-related calls and ensure proper incident reporting.
