Job summary

Danville Services in Tucson, AZ seeks a Program Director to provide administrative oversight and support to our programs, ensuring high quality of life and independence for clients while meeting regulatory standards. The role requires 2–4 years in IDD, supervisory experience preferred, and a strong emphasis on teamwork, communication, and problem-solving.

You’ll collaborate with families, guardians, and medical professionals and participate in an on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years' experience in the field of intellectual/developmental disabilities; supervisory experience preferred.
• Quality assurance and employee training experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record with 3 years driving history.
• AZ Central Registry background check required upon hire.
• Able to obtain AZ Level 1 Fingerprinting Clearance.
• Must pass E-Verify upon hire.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative oversight and support to programs to ensure high quality of life and independence for clients.
• Act as a liaison between Danville Services, clients, families, guardians, support coordinators, and medical professionals.
• Maintain an on-call position to be readily available for staff and house managers.
• Ensure compliance with Danville, federal, and state regulations.
