Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers in Virginia seeks a qualified counselor to join clinic-based MAT services. The role requires a four-year degree in counseling or related field, with state licensure options (LCSW, LPC, LSATP or CSAC) and at least three years of supervisory experience. CPR certification and a valid driver's license are required.

If recovering, three years of abstinence are required. Early shift starts at 5:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in counseling or related field; master's degree preferred.
• Virginia license: LCSW, LPC, LSATP or CSAC.
• Minimum of three years supervisory experience.
• Active CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license or state ID.
• If recovering, three years of continuous abstinence.
• Early morning hours begin at 5:00 AM.
