Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a qualified counselor with supervisory responsibilities to lead teams in addiction treatment settings. The role requires a Master’s degree (or equivalent) and an LCADC certification, plus several years in the field as a counselor and in leadership roles.

The position offers a consistent schedule, opportunities for advancement, and a structured path into counselor levels.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree (or equivalent) and/or minimum of five (5) years of experience working in addictions treatment.
• Must be a certified alcohol and drug counselor by the Board of Alcohol and Drug Counselors - LCADC with a CS.
• Must have at least one year of supervisory and administrative experience in the field of substance abuse treatment.
