Crossroads Treatment Centers in the United States seeks a licensed counselor with supervisory experience to lead clinical teams in outpatient MAT programs. The role requires a four-year degree, three years of supervisory experience, and strong commitment to recovery-oriented care.

The position features early morning hours (4:45 AM start) and a supportive benefits package. Preference given to SC licensure; prior addiction treatment experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in counseling or related field, or experience in another field of similar experience.
• A minimum of three years supervisory experience is required.
• Master's degree in the human services field preferred.
• Licensed Counselor in South Carolina is preferred.
• If recovering, three years of continuous verifiable abstinence is required.
• This position requires early morning hours, beginning at 4:45 AM.
• Consistent schedule with early in times and out times (4:45 am- 12:45 pm)
