Dungarvin is seeking a Program Director in New Jersey to oversee residential and/or day programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. This role blends direct care with supervisory duties and requires coordinating operations, staff, and program goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field preferred.
• 2-3 years of management experience with developmental disabilities.
• Experience in developing and implementing participant programs, budgets, and supervising employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the assigned program(s), residential and/or day programs, for individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Manage personnel and ensure orientation and ongoing training for staff.
• Coordinate operations including medical, financial and maintenance aspects under site guidance.
