Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking a Program Director to coordinate and manage services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in contracted Family Home Provider settings. You will oversee quality, compliance, and daily operations, ensuring a safe, person-centered environment that promotes independence and community engagement.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in a human services field is preferred.
• Demonstrated decision-making, time management and strong communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the overall operations of Family Home Provider programs.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with providers, individuals served, guardians, families, case managers and support teams.
• Provide coaching, training, guidance and performance oversight to providers.
• Ensure orientation, training, certifications, documentation and ongoing development are completed and maintained.
• Conduct home visits and monitor safety, quality and environment of each residence.
• Oversee development and implementation of individualized goals, support plans and person-centered outcomes.
• Review incident reports, medication records and other required materials for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure services and homes remain compliant with licensing, regulations and Dungarvin standards.
• Direct care as needed and participate in on-call rotations for emergencies.
