Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking a Program Director to oversee and coordinate one or more programs serving individuals with developmental disabilities. The role combines direct care with supervisory duties, ensuring successful operation and compliance across programs.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a human services field, at least 1 year of direct experience with IDD participants, 2 years of management experience, and a valid driver’s license. Flexibility and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services required.
• At least 1 year full-time direct experience with participants with developmental or intellectual disabilities.
• At least 2 years of management experience with development disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the assigned program(s) including residential and/or day programs.
• Direct care and supervisory duties as part of the role.
• Ensure orientation, training, and program operations, including medical, financial, and maintenance aspects.
