Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or master's in social work/counseling required.
• RN or LCSW licensure (or equivalent) required.
• Strong regulatory knowledge, leadership, and staff development experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight for behavioral health programs with focus on patient safety and evidence-based practices.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate behavioral health services and treatment models.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accrediting agency regulations.
• Collaborate with medical, nursing, and ancillary leadership to integrate behavioral health across care settings.
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams to address process improvements.
