Seven Hills Foundation seeks a Program Director II for its Children’s Congregate Care program in Massachusetts. The role oversees contract compliance, clinical care quality, and staff management while coordinating with senior leadership to align with statewide initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of child/youth and family clinical care.
• Experience supervising staff and interns.
• Understanding of HIPAA and licensing/credentialing requirements.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the program to meet contract requirements and exceed goals.
• Oversee staffing, hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation.
• Ensure fiscal accountability and budget monitoring for the program.
• Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to meet consumer needs.
• Attend statewide coalitions and strategic planning with Senior Director.
• Maintain compliance with training, QA, and regulatory standards.
• Provide occasional staff training as needed.
