You will lead staff, manage budgets, and build relationships with families, community partners, and regulators. The position requires strong leadership, budget oversight, and a commitment to inclusive services.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee engaging, person-centered day programming for participants.
• Monitor program effectiveness and drive service improvements.
• Oversee budgets, contracts, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting systems.
• Recruit, train, and supervise program staff; foster teamwork.
• Provide coaching and performance evaluations for staff.
• Serve as primary contact for families with transparent communication.
• Advocate for participant needs within the organization and community.
• Collaborate with government agencies and partners to enhance impact.
• Represent the program at public forums and stakeholder meetings.
