Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking an Assistant Program Director I to support the management and clinical oversight of our Children’s Congregate Care program in Worcester, MA. The role offers leadership growth and a pathway to program leadership, with a Sunday through Thursday evening schedule and a competitive annual pay.

Qualifications

• Leadership potential in human services.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to balance program operations with administration.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily program operations to ensure high-quality, client-centered services.
• Oversee intake, assessment, and treatment services for all clients.
• Monitor and support the overall quality of clinical care.
• Support hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of staff, interns, and volunteers.
• Act as a liaison between the program and external agencies and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and regulatory standards.
