Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a Program Director II – Day Programming to oversee day program operations. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centered services, engaging participants, and promoting independence and well-being.

You will lead staff, manage budgets, and build relationships with families, community partners, and regulators. The position requires strong leadership, budget oversight, and a commitment to inclusive services.

• Recruit, train, and supervise program staff; foster teamwork.
• Provide coaching and performance evaluations for staff.
• Serve as primary contact for families with transparent communication.
• Advocate for participant needs within the organization and community.
• Collaborate with government agencies and partners to enhance impact.
• Represent the program at public forums and stakeholder meetings.

Job description

Pay: $33.15/hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:00pm, Staff Meetings once a month on 3rd Thursday of Month 3:30pm-4:30pm

The Program Director II – Day Programming is a dynamic leadership role responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of day program operations. This position ensures the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services that promote engagement, independence, and well-being for program participants. The Director will lead a team of dedicated staff, manage operational resources, and foster strong relationships with families, community partners, and regulatory agencies.
