Seven Hills Foundation seeks a part-time Clinician for Children’s Congregate Care in Worcester, MA. You will provide trauma-informed therapy to children and families, with a focus on measurable outcomes and discharge planning.

The role supports a multidisciplinary team and emphasizes client-centered care in a residential/community setting. The position requires a Master’s degree in psychology, social work or counseling, and licensure eligibility (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT or psychologist).

Qualifications

• Masters degree in psychology, social work, counseling or related field.
• License-eligible Behavioral Health (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT or licensed psychologist)
• CANS certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children/adolescents.
• Develop and update treatment plans with clear goals and discharge criteria.
• Maintain timely documentation in the EHR and required systems.
