Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of related experience in the Human Services Industry preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted.
• State requirements or regulations may apply for licensure or certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of one to four programs in a community.
• Oversee direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Handle staffing, recruiting, retention, scheduling, performance evaluations, and training.
• Monitor service delivery, ensure programs are engaging and compliant, and manage budgets.
• Be on-call to support staff and cover shifts as needed.
