Job summary

CAMBA is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for its CAMBA Gardens Phase II housing program in Brooklyn. The role focuses on day-to-day supervision of social services staff, ensuring program goals, quality care, and compliance with policies and HIPAA.

The position reports to the Program Manager and requires a Licensed Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology, CHC clearance, and mandatory reporter status. Compensation starts at $72,100 annually with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology is required.
• Fingerprint clearance and CHC checks must be completed.
• As a Mandated Reporter, you must report suspected abuse or neglect.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with clients and comply with HIPAA.
• Plan and organize program activities to meet goals and targets.
• Complete client psychiatric assessments as needed and supervise staff.
• Ensure documentation, service plans, and referrals are up to date.
• Prepare performance appraisals and conduct chart audits of files.
• Contribute to reports for CAMBA management and funders.
