Job summary

Andrews Center is seeking a Program Director for the Healthy Community Collaborative (HCC) program in Tyler, TX. The role oversees Coordinated Entry and Housing First, ensuring compliance with applicable rules and coordinating ongoing planning with partners.

The candidate will educate stakeholders, assess housing needs, and develop wellness plans in collaboration with consumers and the HCC team. Requires a behavioral sciences degree and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field with relevant mental health experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; computer literate.
• Valid Texas Driver's License and ability to pass agency trainings.

Responsibilities

• Educates partners about CE and Housing First models.
• Acts as liaison to CE partners and assists CE assessment and enrollment.
• Coordinate HMIS assessments and housing opportunities with landlords and agencies.
• Develop wellness plans with consumers and HCC team, and participate in team meetings.
