Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Human Services, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in housing or HUD-funded programs, with 3 years in survivor-centered services.
• Strong knowledge of ESG and CoC regulations, VAWA protections, and HUD program compliance.
• Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams in nonprofit or advocacy settings.
• Familiarity with HMIS or comparable databases in DV programs.
• Ability to lift/carry 40 lbs; some evening/weekend availability; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage HUD ESG and CoC housing programs meeting survivor-centered, trauma-informed standards.
• Monitor compliance with HUD regulations, VAWA protections, ESG/CoC guidelines, and confidentiality.
• Ensure accurate data entry and reporting for DV, sexual assault, and human trafficking programs.
• Develop policies prioritizing survivor safety, choice, and confidentiality.
• Supervise housing staff, ensuring survivor-centered advocacy and housing stabilization.
• Provide ongoing training on trauma-informed care, safety planning, and housing-first approaches.
• Foster collaborative team culture with empowerment and respect for survivors.
• Manage ESG/CoC budgets and coordinate with Finance for drawdowns and reports.
• Assist with grant applications and monitoring visits for HUD-funded housing.
• Represent BATP in HUD CoC planning bodies and build landlord partnerships.
• Collaborate with law enforcement, healthcare, and social services for coordinated responses.
