Dungarvin in Madison, WI is seeking a Program Director (House Manager) to coordinate and manage operations of residential programs, supervising DD/IDD and behavioral programs in AFHs. Typical caseload is 2–4 sites with 10–12 direct reports per program.

The role blends administrative leadership with direct care, requiring supervisory experience, collaboration with families and case managers, and strong decision-making in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Behavioral Science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years managerial/supervisory experience including hiring, disciplining, and terminating employees.
• At least 1 year of direct experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or intellectual disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of assigned group homes.
• Develop, maintain, and review ISPs, BSPs, or IPPs.
• Partner with families, case managers, and other stakeholders.
