Job summary

Cornerstone Community Services is seeking a Program Director – Healthy Families Indiana (HFI) to lead the program’s strategy, operations, and performance in Indiana. You will oversee budgeting, staffing, quality improvement, and collaboration with state partners to ensure services meet HFA and DCS standards.

Qualifications

• Master's or equivalent in public health or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience if degree is bachelor’s.
• Experience admin in human services and CQI.
• Knowledge of family-centered, trauma-informed service delivery.
• Ability to develop relationships with community partners.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and day-to-day management of the Healthy Families Indiana program.
• Ensure operations comply with HFA standards and DCS requirements.
• Develop and monitor program budget and financial performance.
• Recruit, supervise, develop, and retain HFI staff.
• Establish CQI processes and accreditation readiness.
