Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in human services or related field (or equivalent)
• Bachelor's degree with at least three years of relevant experience
• Less than a bachelor's degree with Healthy Families America experience may be sufficient to demonstrate competency

Responsibilities

• Provide regular supervision to Family Support Specialists and Family Resource Specialists.
• Ensure documentation and adherence to HFA standards and Cornerstone requirements.
• Participate in staff training, performance evaluations, and quality improvement activities.
• Coach staff to engage families using strength-based, trauma-informed practices.
• Monitor staff caseloads, referrals, and service delivery to ensure fidelity and quality.
