Job summary

Cornerstone Community Services in Indiana seeks a Healthy Families Supervisor to lead and support Family Support Specialists and Family Resource Specialists in delivering high-quality, trauma-informed home visiting services. You will supervise staff, ensure program fidelity, and promote family-centered practices in alignment with HFA and DCS requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in human services or related field, or Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Less than bachelor's with commensurate Healthy Families America experience sufficient to demonstrate competency.
• Experience supervising diverse staff and supporting staff in stressful work environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide regularly scheduled supervision to Family Support Specialists and Family Resource Specialists.
• Maintain documentation of supervision per standards.
• Model the HFA parallel process with a strength-based approach.
• Provide guidance on complex family situations, safety concerns, and ethical issues.
• Promote staff well-being and identify signs of burnout.
• Conduct performance evaluations per Cornerstone policies.
• Ensure services align with HFA and program requirements.
• Lead team meetings and coordinate program operations.
• Develop and implement training and field support for staff.
