Job summary

Acacia Network seeks a Program Administrator to oversee the 822 Comprehensive Integrated Outpatient Treatment Program in Bronx, NY. You will manage medical, substance use, and mental health service integration and ensure accessibility, effectiveness, and regulatory compliance.

You will lead a team of program managers and support staff, drive quality improvement, and sustain financial performance while collaborating with the Senior Administrator and Medical Director.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or equivalent; 10 years of progressive management in health care.
• NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) /LMSW/LMHC preferred.
• CASAC credential or obtain within 12 months of hire.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical work experience in chemical dependence.
• Six+ years in supervisory/leadership role.
• Knowledge of OASAS regulations; 822 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the implementation of systematic workflows for integration of medical, substance use, and mental health services in the 822-outpatient clinic.
• Plan and develop the integration model of medical, clinical, and mental health services.
• Lead program audits and ensure regulatory compliance and financial sustainability.
• Provide supervision to program directors and administrative staff.
• Oversee budgeted results and revenue cycle activities.
• Collaborate with medical director on QA and performance indicators.
