Job summary

Behavioral Health Network, Inc. (BHN) is seeking a Program Director to lead the Family Resource Center (FRC) in Western Massachusetts. The role manages contractual relationships, liaises with EOHHS and DCF, and guides family-centered activities in collaboration with community partners.

You will oversee agreements, ensure compliance with funders, and mentor staff while promoting BHN’s HEART values. Competitive benefits and stable service presence support your leadership.

Qualifications

• BA Degree in Human Services or related field.
• 5 years of experience in staff supervision and program management.
• Familiarity with DCF and other state agencies.
• Knowledge of managing contractual relationships with funders and a program.
• Demonstrated willingness to work with diverse populations.
• Demonstrated ability to provide community-based service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage FRC Contractual Relationships.
• Manages relationship with the Administrative Services Organization (ASO) and ensures program adherence to all ASO guidelines and requirements.
• Develops and maintains MOUs with community organizations and agencies.
• Reviews and analyzes reports to meet program benchmarks.
• Plans and participates with families in various FRC activities.
• Assumes some functions of the Assistant Program Director as needed.
• Conducts community outreach to foster partnerships and increase awareness of the Family Resource Center.
