Clinical & Support Options, Inc. (CSO) in Greenfield, MA is seeking a Program Director to lead the Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) and Respite Emergency Program (ESP).
You will supervise staff, ensure program access, and collaborate with DMH while advancing ED diversion and MassHealth goals. The role demands clinical leadership, extensive crisis/respite program knowledge, and at least three years of supervisory experience.
CSO is looking for a Program Director for our Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) and Respite Emergency Program (ESP) in Greenfield.
The position will provide clinical and administrative leadership of the Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS)/Respite Program. The Program Director oversees the staff of the assigned CCS/Respite location, provides clinical leadership, monitors program access and availability, assesses clients for admission, develops residential programming, oversight of nursing and healthcare procedures, and provides consultation to case management staff.
Starting salary range is $78,000-$85,000/year.
