Job summary

AlphaBEST Education, Inc. seeks a passionate Program Director for Newport, CA to lead a dynamic after-school program. You will manage a dedicated team, coordinate activities at Woodland Elementary and Kaiser Elementary, and ensure a safe, engaging environment for children after school hours.

The role requires a degree in education (plus), 21+ years old, flexible schedule, and CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• Degree in education is a plus.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
• Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations.
• Must have or be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

Full-Time Director - Newport, CA

Pay: $24+ /per hour based on education and experience

Location(s) with an opening: Woodland Elementary and Kaiser Elementary

Program Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 1:50/2:00-6:00 PM Wednesday from 1:30-6:00 PM- No weekends!
