AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time After School Program Director/Primary Education Professional in Buena Park, CA. The role leads a team to deliver safe, engaging, and educational after-school experiences for students at Mabel L. Pendleton and Carl E. Gilbert Elementary Schools.

You'll foster a warm, inclusive environment, collaborate with school staff and families, and ensure programs meet licensing standards. The position requires a degree, CPR/First Aid, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Degree required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience with students with special needs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
• Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations.
• Must have or be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead a fun and dedicated team of professionals to deliver the highest quality care, learning, and excitement to our children.
• Train AlphaBEST staff on how to nurture children and ignite their sense of wonder.

Full-Time After School Program Director/Primary Education Professional-Buena Park, CA

Pay:$24+/ per hour (based on experience and education)

Program Hours:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 1:50/2:00-6:00 PM
• Wednesday from 12:00-6:00 PM
