Job summary

AlphaBEST Education, Inc. in Newport, CA is seeking a Full-Time Program Director to lead a vibrant after-school program at Woodland Elementary and Kaiser Elementary.

The role offers $24+ per hour, contingent on education and experience, and requires an ability to manage a flexible afternoon schedule from school dismissal through 6:00 PM with no weekends. You will supervise staff, ensure safe, engaging activities, and foster a welcoming environment for children, families, and partner schools.

Qualifications

• Degree (Something in education is a plus).
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
• Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations.
• Must have or be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.

Pay: $24+ /per hour based on education and experience

Program Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 1:50/2:00-6:00 PM Wednesday from 1:30-6:00 PM- No weekends!
