Job summary

AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is seeking an After-school Enrichment Instructor for a part‑time, after-school program in California. The role pays $23.00 per hour and runs Monday through Friday from 1:50–3:30 PM, with occasional extended hours on early release days.

The role serves grades K–5 at multiple elementary sites and involves leading activity-based learning in fitness, arts, tech, and more to foster curiosity and belonging among students.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
• Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations.
• Hold an Associate's degree or higher; 48 college units completed.
