Merakey is seeking a Program Director for our Penn Hills, PA location. The role includes guiding a DDTT team within a community-based, recovery-oriented model and ensuring program compliance and positive outcomes.

The starting salary is $64,000 annually, with mileage reimbursement, aligned with experience and licensure. The ideal candidate will hold a Master's or Doctorate in Social Work or related field, be licensed or license-eligible in PA, and bring at least two years of mental health and

• Master's or Doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, or related Human Services field.
• Licensed in PA or license eligible as LMFT/LSW/LCSW/LPC/LBS.
• Minimum two years of mental health experience.
• Minimum two years of program management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain a collaborative work environment aligned with Merakey's core values.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and motivation to staff for high performance.
• Ensure compliance with state, local, federal, and contract requirements, including payors.
• Oversee program profit and loss and daily operations.
• Maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders and oversee recruitment/onboarding.
