Merakey in Crafton, PA is seeking an Assistant Program Director to lead our behavioral health program, supervise staff, and ensure quality standards are met. You will coordinate clinical and administrative activities, monitor treatment plans, represent the program in meetings with county, state, and managed care partners, and support the Program Director in daily operations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage supervisors and staff and delegate tasks to meet program standards.
• Oversee daily operation of programs and implement policies/procedures.
• Develop and maintain clinical and administrative coordination of the program and staff.
• Monitor treatment authorizations and ensure care plans are developed and maintained.
• Represents program in meetings with County, State, and managed care providers.
• Assist with interviews, hire, train, and staff ratio requirements.
• In absence of Program Director, handle attendance, leave, and grievances.
