Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Program Director for our Penn Hills, PA location. The role includes guiding a DDTT team within a community-based, recovery-oriented model and ensuring program compliance and positive outcomes.

Position Details

• Developing and demonstrating a collaborative work environment in support of Merakey's Core Values.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Must hold a Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related Human Services field.
• Licensed in PA or license eligible as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Social Worker (LSW), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC), or Behavior Specialist (LBS).
• Experience in the behavioral health field with:
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting.
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Minimum of two years of program management experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
