Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for managing internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts. Delivers products through the design process to completion, plans and directs schedules and project budgets, and monitors projects from inception through delivery. May oversee external vendors and assign, direct, and monitor system analysis and program staff. Focuses on project/program management, with technical team members as needed. The role requires senior-level program management skills, governance oversight across operational and strategic portfolios, and the ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives. Must possess strong management, leadership, and organizational skills, with extensive knowledge of portfolio and project management tools and methodologies. Must be able to quickly assimilate information, make informed decisions, handle multiple priorities, and manage strategic relationships, including issue escalation and resolution.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Manages programs using staff and matrixed resources under oversight from AVP and VP
• Serves as industry Subject Matter Expert and leads programs to meet critical needs
• Escalates gaps and barriers in implementation and compliance to senior management
• Develops business case methodologies and coordinates business strategy implementation
• Collaborates with other units at corporate and Molina Plans

Compensation

Pay Range: $80,412 - $188,164 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, education, and skills.
