Responsible for managing internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts, delivering products from design to completion. Plans and directs schedules and budgets. Monitors projects from inception to delivery. May oversee external vendors. Assigns, directs, and monitors system analysis and program staff. This role focuses on project/program management rather than specialized functional expertise, though technical team members may be involved. The senior program management professional is responsible for overall governance across operational and strategic project portfolios, requiring strong management, leadership, and communication skills, with experience presenting to C-level executives. Must be able to drive structure, organize effectively, and utilize portfolio and project management tools and methodologies. Must quickly assimilate information to make informed decisions, think logically and analytically, influence others, communicate effectively, handle multiple priorities, and deal with ambiguity. Responsible for strategic and operational oversight, managing relationships with the Corporate EPMO and IT, and overseeing issue escalation and resolution.

Pay Range: $80,412 - $188,164 annually. Compensation may vary based on location, experience, education, and skills.
