Job Overview

The Program Director is responsible for managing internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams. This role includes delivering products from design to completion, planning schedules and budgets, and overseeing project execution from inception to delivery. The position may also involve managing external vendors and leading system analysis and program staff. The focus is on project and program management, requiring strong leadership, organizational skills, and experience with portfolio management tools and methodologies. The role entails presenting to C-level executives, managing multiple priorities, and maintaining strategic relationships with corporate entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage programs using staff and matrixed resources with oversight from senior leadership
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in the functional area and lead programs to meet critical needs
• Identify and escalate gaps and barriers in implementation and compliance
• Develop business case methodologies and implement business strategies
• Collaborate with other units at corporate and Molina Plans
