Job summary

CBEM LLC is looking for a dynamic and strategic Program Director to lead the Critical Intervention Team in East Los Angeles and surrounding areas. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, supervising staff, and ensuring quality client services, all while aligning with CBEM’s mission.

The ideal candidate should have a Master’s degree in psychology or related fields and at least 3 years of experience in team management, along with strong leadership and knowledge of developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in team management.
• Strong knowledge of DSM‑V and experience working with developmental disabilities.
• Applicants must live near the Eastern Los Angeles Regional Center service area.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor staff, including Assistant Directors and Critical Intervention Specialists.
• Ensure the quality of client services and oversee case reviews.
• Engage with external stakeholders to expand service outreach.
• Manage budgets and program goals.
• Lead team meetings and promote employee development.
