Job summary

CBEM LLC in Orange County, CA seeks a Program Director to lead our Critical Intervention Team across Orange County and surrounding communities. You will oversee day-to-day operations, supervise a team of intervention specialists, and serve as the primary liaison with the Regional Center of Orange County to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities include budgeting, performance reviews, leading team meetings, and expanding CBEM's reach through external partnerships.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field required.
• 3+ years of team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of DSM-V and Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Experience working with developmental disabilities.
• Must live near the Eastern Los Angeles Regional Center service area.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor staff, including Assistant Directors and Intervention Specialists.
• Oversee quality of client services, case reviews, and stabilization plans.
• Engage with external stakeholders to represent CBEM and expand service outreach.
• Manage budgets, performance reviews, and program goals.
• Lead team meetings and promote employee development.
