CBEM LLC is seeking a Critical Intervention Specialist in California to provide crisis intervention and stabilization planning for individuals with developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental health needs.
The role requires a Master’s degree in MFT/MSW/ABA-related fields and at least one year of experience with challenging behaviors, plus a CA driver’s license. Full-time, exempt position with opportunities for quarterly bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Employment Status : Full-time, Exempt
Required Education: Master’s Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy (MFT), Social Work (MSW), Counseling (Clinical, School, or Guidance), Clinical Psychology, Educational Psychology, or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
One year of experience working with persons with challenging behaviors is required.
Salary : $78,554.36 + opportunities for quarterly bonuses
