Assurance Care & Support Services Inc in New Jersey seeks a Program Director to lead the agency's DDD CBS program. You will oversee operations, staff performance, regulatory compliance, and service quality to ensure person-centered, high-quality supports in line with NJ DDD regulations and agency standards.

Formación

• Demonstrated leadership in a healthcare or human services setting.
• Knowledge of NJ DDD, Medicaid, HIPAA requirements is essential.
• Experience supervising supervisors and frontline staff.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and oversight for the daily operations of the CBS program.
• Ensure compliance with New Jersey DDD, Medicaid, HIPAA, and agency policies.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate supervisors, DSPs, and administrative staff.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff retention initiatives.
• Ensure staffing levels meet participant needs and program requirements.
• Review ISPs to ensure services are delivered as authorized.
• Collaborate with coordinators, families, guardians, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Oversee incident reporting, investigations, and follow-up per regulations.
• Monitor documentation, progress notes, EVV records, and service delivery for accuracy.
• Develop and implement quality assurance and CQI initiatives.
• Participate in licensing reviews, accreditation surveys, audits, and inspections.
• Prepare operational reports and compliance documentation for leadership.
• Manage departmental budgets, productivity, and resource allocation.
• Address client, family, and staff concerns professionally.
• Develop and update agency policies and best practices.
