Job summary

Kindly Direct Care, a New Jersey preferred DDD agency, is seeking a State Director to lead the expansion into Pennsylvania. You will oversee the Community Participation Supports program for individuals with IDD, guiding strategic development, compliance, and service quality.

You will mentor DSPs and staff, build scalable processes, and partner with stakeholders to promote community integration and growth. This leadership role requires strong business acumen and a commitment to person-centered

Qualifications

• 2+ years in leadership or management in human services (IDD preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in social work, special education, psychology, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of IDD, community participation, and person-centered planning.
• Business administration expertise and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the PA CPS program, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Build scalable, compliant systems and workflows.
• Lead and empower team through proactive communication.
• Develop program strategies to promote community integration and personal growth for IDD.
• Collaborate with HR, community stakeholders, and government agencies.
• Provide leadership, training, and coaching to DSPs and staff.
• Conduct needs assessments, program evaluations, and data-driven reporting.
• Develop and manage program budgets, grants, and admin tasks.
• Manage implementation of practice management software for CRM, EHR, RCM.
• Recruit and attract qualified candidates for the program.
