Job summary

REM Community Services, part of Sevita, seeks a Program Director to oversee designated programs, manage staff, and ensure exceptional service delivery for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

You will lead planning, compliance, and advocacy efforts while coordinating with families, case managers, and stakeholders to maintain high-quality supports and services across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two to three years of related experience in the Human Services industry.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted per regulations.
• Other education/experience as required by applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, regulatory compliance, staffing, training, financial management, and facilities maintenance.
• Manage program planning, record audits, and quarterly/annual reviews as appropriate.
• Ensure licensing compliance and maintain program documentation integrity.
• Maintain productive relations with individuals, families, case managers and stakeholders; communicate regularly with stakeholders.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and Program Supervisors; conduct evaluations and decisions on hires, transfers, promotions, and discipline.
