REM Community Services, a part of Sevita, is seeking a full-time Program Director to oversee programs and ensure high-quality supports. You will lead staff, coordinate health care, manage budgets, and maintain compliance across services.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years' related experience in Human Services, with travel as needed and a salary that reflects responsibilities in a mission-driven environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree.
• Two to three years of related experience in the Human Services Industry preferred.
• Current driver's license and car insurance if driving on behalf of the Company.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee organization and implementation of direct supports, person-centered planning and implementation, health care, advocacy, stakeholder relations, regulatory compliance, staffing, training, financial management, and maintenance of the physical environment.
• Program planning, audits, compliance, and managing program staff across assigned locations.
• Coordinate health care appointments, medication management, and incident reporting.
