Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Three years related work experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license, car registration and auto insurance if providing transportation to individuals receiving services.
• All state required training and certification completed in mandated timeframes.

Responsabilidades

• Provides direct care to clients/individuals receiving services per schedule.
• Coordinates development and implementation of services and treatments.
• Trains staff and schedules shifts; provides leadership in absence of manager.
• Oversees program activities and contributes to program development and evaluation.
• Maintains client and staff records in compliance with regulations.
• Performs other duties as required.

Educación
